His leadership extends beyond business—he has dedicated his life to mentorship, community service, and empowering individuals. With an impressive academic background in Commerce, Economics, and Law, he has also received specialized training from the Faculty Development Institute of Lions Club International in Colombo, Sri Lanka. His professional journey includes serving as a Development Officer in a Public Sector Insurance Company, where he built a legacy of trust and expertise. A passionate social worker and a dedicated blood donor, he has made over 110 donations, embodying the spirit of selfless service. His influence spans multiple social and religious organizations, where he has held leadership roles at the multi-district level and beyond. As a former District Governor of Lions Club International (323C) (2010-2011) and Multiple Council Secretary of District (3233) (2019 -2020), Mr. Bali has proven to be a dynamic leader, exceptional communicator, and a solution-driven professional. With nearly four decades of experience in General Insurance both in Claims & Underwriting, he brings unparalleled knowledge and integrity to the industry.
